This Agreement is between You (“Purchaser”, “You”, “Your”) and Dreamy Vibe Designs (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) for the purpose of any digital product purchased through this website at www.dreamyvibedesigns.com (“Site”), or any related domains or subdomains.
With purchase of any of our Products, You agree to be bound by these Policies and Terms.
Squarespace template policy
When you purchase a Squarespace Template from us, you will receive a link to add the template as a new website into your own Squarespace account. The template contents will not be added to an existing website.
We will always do our best to have templates sent within 48 hours, but this time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances. Please submit a support ticket if it has been over 48 hours. Note that there may be delays over the weekends and holidays.
Once we add the template to your Squarespace account, it is no longer our responsibility. You are responsible for replacing the template’s elements with your own content and any other customization. If you make any accidental changes, we are unable to enter your website and change them back for you.
Upon purchase, a template will only be sent once. Any template re-send requests will require a re-purchase of the template. This includes but is not limited to requests regarding; Accidental template changes or edits. Not accepting a template invitation within the 6-month trial period. Squarespace deletes your website after letting your 6-month trial expire. (Avoid letting your trial run out by asking Squarespace support for a trial extension, or upgrading your site to a paid plan.)
REFUND policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please carefully review the template demos, information, FAQs, and requirements before making a purchase. We ask that you contact us with any template-specific questions before making a purchase.
Support policy
We offer free email support (support@dreamyvibedesigns.com) for up to 6-months after purchase, and we try to respond within 48 hours Mon-Fri (2 business days). Note that there may be delays over the weekends and holidays.
Support is limited to issues relating to the purchased template itself including installing the template, problems with the provided files, etc. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to assist with general Squarespace questions, template customization, coding, coding problems that arise, or any software or tech issues.
We recommend reaching out to Squarespace support for Squarespace related questions or issues.
Copyright & Licensing policies
Squarespace Website Templates:
Each Website Template purchase may be used for one project/website only (eg: 1 Squarespace Template purchase = 1 Website). If you want to build multiple websites with the same template, you must purchase it again for another license.
Social Media Templates:
Each template pack purchase may be used for one project/business only, but you can reuse the templates as many times as you’d like to within the one project/business.
Custom Fonts:
Some Squarespace templates may come with a Dreamy Vibe Designs custom font. This font may be used for one business/website only (1 Squarespace Template purchase with custom font = Custom font use on 1 Website). If you want to use the font on multiple websites, you must purchase it again for another license. You are also free to use the custom font in Canva or another design platform to create on-brand images for your 1 business/website.
By purchasing a template, you agree that:
If you are using the template to build a design for a client, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these designs as solely your own.
You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own.
You may not share the template, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.
Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. You must replace these photographs with your own / source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing / copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images.
The design is copyrighted Dreamy Vibe Designs and Dreamy Vibe Designs owns the rights to all designs and files (excluding any photography and pre-made graphics in Canva) included in your purchase and design.
Your completed website design may be used in our template showcase, sales pages or on our social media for demonstration and promotional purposes.
Important notes
Depending on the template, you may need to upgrade to 'Canva Pro' (a paid version of Canva) for best results.
You will need a Squarespace subscription and you may need Canva to use these templates. Please read each template description carefully to see what is needed for that particular template.
You have lifetime access to the templates, but we cannot guarantee lifetime updates to the content. If the template has been retired/removed from the store, it will no longer be updated.
